1. Overview

At Organitto, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in manufacturing and packaging our natural Ayurvedic beauty products. However, due to the personal and hygienic nature of cosmetic products, returns and refunds are limited to specific circumstances as stated below.

2. Eligibility for Return or Refund

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product has leaked or broken during transit.

  • You have received an item different from what was ordered.

To qualify:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is mandatory.

  • Photos or videos showing the issue must be emailed to hello@organitto.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used or opened beauty products due to hygiene and contamination risks.

  • Products purchased during sales or promotions.

  • Products showing signs of tampering or damage after delivery.

These exclusions are consistent with Cosmetics Rules, 2025 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.indialaw+1

3. Return Process

  1. Email hello@organitto.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Clear images or videos of the product and packaging

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions by email.

  3. Carefully re-pack the item and send it to:

  4. The customer must bear the return shipping cost unless the product is damaged, defective, or wrong.

4. Refunds and Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • If the payment was made by Cash on Delivery (COD), we’ll issue the refund through bank transfer.

Refunds may be rejected if the item does not meet the eligibility conditions.

These timelines align with the E-Commerce Rules, 2020, which mandate “timely refund processing” after product verification.shopify+1

5. Exchange Policy

If the product qualifies for return and is still available in stock, you can opt for an exchange instead of refund. Exchanges are processed for the same or equivalent value product.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting hello@organitto.com.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • If an order is cancelled before shipping, a full refund is processed within 5 business days.

7. Return of Free Gifts or Bundles

If your order included any free items or bundled offers, all items must be returned together. Individual products from a combo pack cannot be returned separately.

8. Disclaimer

Organitto reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice, in alignment with updates under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and Cosmetics Rules, 2025. The latest version will always be available on our website.
